Everything is temporary.
The bright blue sky will soon fade into the night.
Sometimes it's terrifying to think of ourselves as impermanent, to wonder where we'll go after all the things we've been in.
But, yes, it's comforting too. Because it reminds me that no matter how painful things might seem, whatever you feel right now, wont last forever.
To my very dear friend I just lost, one day it won't hurt as much. One day it won't hurt at all.
And I hope one day you'll find me when I'm finally okay, when I have finally accepted that not everyone I lose is a loss.
